Refund policy

7-Day Cooling-Off Period (ECT Act)
In terms of Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you have the right to cancel any purchase made on Ecartdealz Pty Ltd within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Condition: The items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in a completely resaleable condition.
Cost: You will be responsible for the direct cost of courier shipping to return the items to our warehouse.
6-Month Implied Warranty (Consumer Protection Act)
If any item purchased from Ecartdealz Pty Ltd is found to be defective, unsafe, or broken within 6 months of delivery, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a full refund.
Cost: Ecartdealz Pty Ltd will cover the courier costs to collect defective items.
Exclusion: This warranty does not apply to normal wear-and-tear, intentional damage, or product misuse by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened cosmetics, swimwear, or underwear.
Perishable goods or food items.
Custom-made or personalized merchandise.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 to 14 business days. Refunds will automatically be credited back to your original payment method via our payment gateway.
